November Dispatch Update 📦

We're making a few temporary changes to our usual dispatch arrangements while we're away in November.

Ready-to-Ship Painting Kits

Good news! Our ready-to-ship kits will continue to be dispatched throughout November.

During our temporary November schedule, orders for ready-to-ship kits will be dispatched every Wednesday and Saturday.

These are kits we already have in stock, with the plaster pieces cast and fully dried, ready to be carefully packed for you.

Please check individual product listings for availability.

Made-to-Order & Personalised Kits

Made-to-order and personalised kits purchased between 9–23 November 2026 will begin dispatching from 1 December, in the order they were received.

Each product listing will indicate whether an item is ready to ship, made to order or available for pre-order.

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, they will normally be dispatched together once everything is ready. Please contact us before ordering if you would prefer separate deliveries.

Special Pre-Order Releases 🌈

Occasionally, we offer a limited number of kits for pre-order before their official release.

For example, our Squish Squad Painting Kit launches on 16 November, with the first batch scheduled for dispatch from Wednesday 18 November.

Pre-order products will always have their expected dispatch dates clearly stated in their descriptions.

Order Preparation & Dispatch

Every Paint A Little Joy plaster piece is carefully hand-cast in small batches here in Co. Kildare.

Our pieces need time to dry thoroughly before they're ready to be packed — a process that can take up to five days.

Under normal circumstances, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Delivery time is additional.

Ready-to-ship kits can usually be dispatched sooner, depending on when your order is placed.

Our temporary November arrangements and any specific pre-order dates take precedence over these usual preparation times.

Larger party bundles, corporate orders and personalised bulk orders may require additional preparation time. We'll discuss expected timescales with you before confirming these orders.

Need Something Sooner?

We keep a small selection of our most popular designs ready to go, meaning some orders can be dispatched or collected much sooner!

If you're shopping for a last-minute birthday, a special occasion or a little creative surprise, please get in touch before ordering.

We'll happily check what's available and do our best to help.

Delivery Within Ireland 📦

We currently offer delivery throughout the Republic of Ireland.

Our delivery rates are calculated according to the total weight of your order:

• Small parcels (up to 1 kg): €6.95
• Medium parcels (over 1 kg to 2 kg): €9.95
• Large parcels (over 2 kg to 5 kg): €10.95

Your delivery charge will be calculated at checkout.

FREE Standard Delivery on eligible orders over €60!

Very large or heavy orders may require a separate delivery quotation. We'll contact you to discuss any additional charges before proceeding.

Delivery times are additional to our preparation and dispatch times. Once your parcel has been handed over to the delivery provider, transit times are outside our direct control.

During busy periods, particularly in the lead-up to Christmas, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

FREE Local Collection — Naas 💜

Live nearby? You can collect your order free of charge in Naas, Co. Kildare!

We offer local collection for ready-to-ship kits and other orders once they're fully prepared.

Simply select Free Local Collection — Naas at checkout when the option is available.

Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to arrange a convenient collection time and provide the collection address.

Collection is by prior arrangement only. Please wait for confirmation before travelling.

Local collection will remain available where possible throughout early November. It may be temporarily paused or offered on more limited days while we're away.

If collection is unavailable at checkout, please choose delivery or contact us to discuss your options.

Christmas Orders 🎄

Our painting kits make lovely Christmas gifts, and we want every little artist to have something special waiting for them!

We recommend placing Christmas orders as early as possible, particularly for personalised kits, made-to-order designs and larger orders.

Our recommended Christmas ordering deadline is 10 December 2026.

For standard-sized orders that we can prepare within our usual timescales, we'll aim to dispatch by 15 December.

Please contact us before placing larger or personalised orders close to Christmas, as they may require additional preparation time.

While we'll do everything we can to get your order on its way promptly, Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed. Delivery times are managed by the carrier and may be affected by seasonal demand.
